Customized Apparel and Print Items Return Policy

Because of the custom nature our printing and product fulfillment processes, we CANNOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on an order from the Customized Apparel and Print Items categories on the First & Girl Boutique website (www.firstandgirlboutique.com) once an order has been approved online and placed in our system. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data, graphics and content contained in your order prior to approving and submitting your order. We fulfill printing and custom product orders automatically from our website, therefore, no one will review or verify the accuracy or visual correctness of your order prior to it being printed or fulfilled. Your order will print exactly as the information was entered and approved by you. First & Girl Boutique will not be responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information or for any typos associated with your order.

Non-Custom Apparel and Jewelry Return Policy

Firstandgirlboutique.com offers a refund or exchange policy for items listed in the non-custom apparel and jewelry categories (www.firstandgirlboutique.com) within 30 days of the date received. Exchanges will be offered for the first 30 days from the time the item was received by the customer for items that are not worn, washed or damaged and have the original packaging. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by First & Girl Boutique - a return label will be provided to you by a First & Girl Boutique customer care representative. Please allow 30 days for the exchange process to be completed.

Refunds will be offered for the first 30 days from the time the item was received by the customer for items that are not worn, washed or damaged and have the original packaging. Customers are required to pay the necessary shipping costs to return the items to First & Girl Boutique excluding manufacturer defects when a return label will be provided. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by the First & Girl Boutique and the item has been determined to be in acceptable condition.

The Endzone Items Return Policy

First & Girl Boutique will not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any item on the First & Girl Boutique listed in the The Endzone Items category (www.firstandgirlboutique.com). All sales are final. In the event that the item received is damaged or not the correct item ordered, please contact a First & Girl Boutique customer care representative within 30 days of purchase by sending an email to care@firstandgirlboutique.com or by calling 1-888-888-8888. We cannot guarantee that the incorrect or damaged item can be replaced as inventory maybe diminished.
